    Sun-ripened citrus, chosen for fragrance and brightness, peeled by hand so only the oil-rich zest goes in.

    The zest rests slowly in spirit, giving up its colour and character in its own time, never forced.

    Gently balanced, then filled and labelled in small runs — each batch tasted before it leaves us.

Keep the bottle in the freezer. Pour 25 ml into a small, chilled glass and sip slowly.

25 ml Vitacello, 75 ml prosecco, a splash of soda. Over ice with a twist of peel.
